Letter from the Managing Partner I want to thank you for your interest in our company. We have designed residences that serve Senior Citizens in a beautiful, friendly enviroment. Our focus is to respect each resident's right to make choices, and to value each resident as one would a family member. Our facility offers a variety of services, with no hidden fees. Our apartments ensure privacy to each resident. These include studio and deluxe suites. We offer month-to-month rent, instead of lease. Other amenities include three meals a day in a social setting, housekeeping and laundry services, and activities that are centered around the interest and well-being of each resident.
